“A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. Criticisms were minor: a little detritus (possibly dog hair?) on the floor on arrival; a broken toilet roll holder; a bed sheet that was too small for the mattress. The road I right in the town and yet so quiet! Nearby are the lovely water meadows and Croft for country walks so hardly used the car as all accessible on foot.pleasure to enjoy strolling around the town after dark to see the Christmas lights as it was safe and comfortable…and it didn’t……

“The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. ”

“The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We were met by the owner, Mark, on arrival, who was very welcoming. He provided lots of local information, including walks and pubs marked on an OS map. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There are several properties here, but all wirh separate entrances and outside seatinf areas so they feel private. It was a great base for a few days in the Suffolk countryside. ”

“Nice place to stay for our short break with outside seating area at the rear which was welcome as it was very hot weather and it was far too hot in the house with no air conditioning or fan provided. We had taken a fan with us ourselves which we needed on both floors if the house. Lots of wasps/insects entering the house due to the weather. Can accommodate babies and pets too. Well equipped apart from no hairdryer. House looked a different colour (darker) from the website, so difficult to find. ”

“Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again.”
