“Our passcode to lock/unlock the door was not working and we had to call them often. There is no security or alarms. Very dark and secluded area. We had a stranger knock on door then police stopped and asked us as he was involved in an incident. After me calling owner to let them know we felt unsafe and were leaving with 2 days left on booking they NEVER EVEN OFFERED A REFUND!! Do not book here with family. ”

“The home is unique and could be quite nice with TLC. Description needs updating.Bathrooms listed not as described. Hours prior to arrival text came that 1 toilet was unavailable. Shortly after arrival, a second toilet malfunctioned. Repair help requested which occurred the following day, compensation requested & denied.Repair was done to 1 of the 2 toilets and access to a different toilet was granted. Parking- we were unaware that other guest also use this home. This made parking challenging.……
