“We had a wonderful stay at Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained, with high-quality amenities and an excellent location. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their restaurant recommendations, which perfectly matched our tastes and led us to some excellent dining experiences with outstanding food quality. “Excellent location, very warm service, very cute cat”

“非常乾淨，房間設計相當好，位置亦非常方便，職員友善”

“櫃檯接待人員很熱心助人，有提供地下室的付費停車場，方便！離市區中心走路也可以抵達！房間還有廚房，有廚房需求的人算是很好使用～”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”
