“Absolutely perfect. Super clean and new. Very big apartment with all the comfort. The location is perfect. Near shopping center and near tram and bus stop. Price very very good. Staff is very kind.”

“The apartment suite I rented was great. Plenty of clean glassware, dishes, and utensils. Everything was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and only about a 12 minute walk to the Old Town. Lots of joggers and bike riders in the area, it felt very safe. Grocery stores are less than a 10 minute walk. I had trouble figuring out how to do a quick wash and dry with the clothes washer, there are a lot of options on the machine.”

“The room was very spacious and clean. The apartment is right in heart of city centre. The only drawback was the checkin process is little complex with message they provide confused us with apartment number and building number. However they were still available late night to help us. Overall I highly recommend this for families visiting Wroclaw ”

“- Cramped room that was way smaller than it looked in the photos. - Drain that would not go down properly. - Unfriendly host who was extremely difficult to reach. - Host failed to provide important information. - No housekeeping or cleaning service at all, even during a long-term stay. - Inefficient room layout: it is so narrow that you have to walk sideways like a crab just to move around the room. - Inconvenient check-in and check-out system. - Extremely noisy neighborhood due to ongoing……

“enjoyed our stay and their excellent breakfast!”

“Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the standard I expected for the price I paid. One of the rooms had a broken mirror, which was not only disappointing but also a safety concern. Considering the high nightly rate, I was surprised that the damaged mirror had not even been secured with safety tape or repaired before guests arrived. In addition, neither room was cleaned to a high standard. I found several long hairs, which made the rooms feel less hygienic than expected. The check-in process……

“Ultimately, it was a nice place and it had a great view, but we could never figure out how to turn on and work the climate control system and we asked for help and never got it. We asked multiple times and they assured us we would get help, but we never did. This place only gives you one pillow, which is a very, very, very small pillow per person and very minimal towels and no water. Also they charge you additional for parking. If you had parking and you came back later that night and it was……

“I am satisfied with the apartment.”
