“The apartment description doesn't match reality. We were two adults and two children, and there's absolutely no room for such a set-up. Not only is there no queen-size bed as described, but the sofa bed is super narrow, not suitable for two people.We immediately asked to cancel our reservation because the description didn't match reality, and naturally, they refused. He’s on the second floor without elevator, and again, this is not mentioned in the description . And there is no communication……

“We stayed with a family of 5 and this was a great place on the ground floor with a few stairs up to get the stroller into the apartment was easy. It had a well stocked kitchen and 2 big bedrooms, and a large dining area and living room. it is very close walking to the center and many trams and buses within a stones throw. It was quiet, even though on a main road, and there is plenty nearby. Really nice clean place, great for a family!”

“Alojamiento amplio y en muy buen estado. Buenas situación aunque a unos 20 min andando del centro y 15 de la estación central. Algunas pequeñas problemas como que lgunos cubiertos estaban sucios o la no existencia de una cafetera,sin embargo había aceite, azúcar,sal,cafetera de cápsulas.”
