“It's an excellent stay in Bali, love the hotel, it's very exclusive and the view of the swimming pool is so nice! Staffs are very nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay a lot! You have to go there for at least 1 night if you are going to Bali!”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

Some of the facilities are kind of old but the overall environment is great. The staffs are very helpful and try their best to help whenever we are in need.”
