“Everything was accurate with the listing and we found the property and cabin to be very peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the deck early morning and evening was wonderful. Cabin was very comfortable roomy and clean.”

“Toilets were dirty; host didn't provide check-in / access info until I messaged him, waited 45 minutes, then called him. Wifi was very slow”

“In the description when booking it should include that the available parking is not free and that there will an additional cost per vehicle when you arrive.”

“Host communicated well and was responsive. Some of the sheets smelled a little weird, the dryer wasn’t working, and WiFi was a bit spotty, The hot tub was fun for us though - huge plus!”

“Unit could use some serious cleaning of front deck and rear deck. Could not sit and enjoy rear deck, because the furniture was very dirty. Lots of spider webs. Windows that had blinds would not open others had no blinds to close at night. Tv in Primary bedroom did not work. Not installed. Nice unit , just needs some cleaning on the outside so that people can enjoy the outdoor decks after a long day. ”

“My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine.……

“I don’t recommend this house at this time. It feels like no one has been inside the property for a year. It has dusty, breaking down furniture, dirty make-up wipes on the night stands, spiders in the corners, trash in the backyard, and more. Not to mention the host does not turn on VRBO notifications so you must give our your personal number or call the VRBO assist line to get help. My group all voted to leave early because it just was not worth staying at. Until this property get some updates,……

“Place is decent for a small group. We traveled with 5 adults. Beds upstairs were good. Downstairs pull out was uncomfortable. There is a 50 HOA “parking fee” to get into the property. This is communicated after booking but not before. A little ridiculous because you do not receive anything for this additional cost. It was a good house for our purpose. Some instructions are a little confusing. Fans made noise, at least the ones we could turn on. No remote was found anywhere for the second……

“Pros: - Nicely updated house is large enough for a family of 5 - Good size 3 bedrooms - Updated and functional kitchen - The house is clean and well maintained - 12 minutes' drive from Marina; 5 minutes' drive to Dunn beach - The property manager responded promptly and helped us to fight with flies and ants in the house - WiFi speed is sufficient to work remotely - AC keeps the temperature inside the house Cons: - Undisclosed steep driveway which minivan with a hitch attached can't access ……
