“The property was in excellent condition, clean and quiet exactually what the doctor ordered. It would have been nice to have a late checkout but didn't advise the office quick enough, could have stayed forever.”

“Welcomed an upgrade. Very much appreciated. However, on arrival asked to pay direct and not as normal through my booking form. This insured me card surcharges that I was not advised of at the time, and do not have through normal booking procedure. Also after dining at the establishment and going for the account to charge to my room, was advised I could not do so as it was blocked at the reception desk. This done in front of my guest and not appreciated. Receptionist who booked us in apologised……
