LOVED the room and the view was spectacular! The location could not have been any more convenient. Lobby was beautiful. Our room had a separate living room with bay windows looking out over Lake Michigan and the city. The bedroom was fantastic with a comfortable bed and pillows. We slept so well. ...

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Staff was very helpful and the restaurant was excellent. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic property in a well located neighborhood, full of dinning and shopping options. Walking dostance to all the main areas. The apartment was very nice. Comfortable, has everything you need, well decorated, spacious, amazing views of downtown Chicago. 5 stars all the way.

I grew up in the area. Apparently not much has changed.
We had the worst time trying to get out of the parking lot at SeatGeek stadium after a concert.
Never ever stay here again ... And the run around to talk to Best Western corp office what a joke so sad will never stay at any of there properties again in my life and will let my friends and family all know what transpired .
