“We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!”

“The reception is open untill 3pm. Thats fine with me, unfortunately non functional self check-in process has totally ruined the first impression. The phone support was not very effective. I very much value the receptionist apologies. The property as such is very nice and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Only objections would be insects in the shower. I will definitely be willing to come back. This is another example of lousy IT solution ruining work and efforts of the onsite hard working……

“An enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment. The apartment was comfortable even during a heatwave.Andrew was a very attentive host, suggesting excursions for our trip to Berlin.It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside the city centre.”

“Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. Would definitely come back! 3”

“廚房餐具很齊全，連洗碗機都有，缺點是油煙機出風口只用一張濾紙過濾，並沒有通風管往外抽，煮飯還是要開窗通風.路邊停車免費，但要早點到，飯店也提供停車位，但數量有限，是否收費，要問服務人員. 離地鐵公車也很近，附近也有大型超市可買食材.暖氣很給力，是地暖，浴室也有晾衣的暖氣架，總體95分，夏天來要看看有沒有冷氣，因為沒看到.”

“No tuve contacto Directo con el personal. Si me gustó el apartamento, pero algo no concuerda, muy bien la limpieza y todo en su sitio. Pero hace mal efecto la falta de mantenimiento, como por ejemplo faltaba una luz, otras dos rotas y colgando o una mínima mano de pintura. Pero por lo general bien, A muy importante el colchón estaba undipo por el centro ”
