“This was a very cute and beautifully decorated apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. We easily walked to a coffee shop, music store, and ice cream parlor. The bed was on the soft side but we slept very well.”

“Didn't stay at this property due to access/steps were unsafe rocks piled on top of each other is not handicap approved ”

“Very nice, quiet place with great views. Great location close to our friends!”

“Perfect place for a weekend stay with my wife and 23 year-old son. Good base for hiking. House was tastefully done inside extremely clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Single bed was a little small for my son. Who’s just over 6 feet but he made it work.”

“Great property if you are visiting Berea. Good location close to town. Clean, good amenities, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, cozy, off street parking.”

“Great stay”

“My wife and I had a very relaxing get away. Lovely place for a couple.”

“It was a nice place to rest after a busy day. It’s quite comfortable. Nice size for 2-4 people. You might want to consider replacing the microwave, you really have to slam the door to get it to close.”

“Everything was smooth and communication was quick and responsive. We enjoyed the stay, but wish we could have had more time to enjoy it. Thank you!”

The air unit is extremely loud and shakes the floor especially in the back bedroom. Overall……

“This property was amazing. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was always quick to respond and kind. Perfect spot if you are visiting the red river gorge area.”

“Fun, cute, and comfy place to stay! We hiked at RRG and rested well back at this house.”

“We got in about 8:30 pm, so we didn't really use the apartment other than for sleep and showers in the morning. It was conveniently located to the university which was our destination. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had two vanities, so there was plenty of room for three people to get ready in the morning. The parking was tight under the carport, but it worked and was very close to the back door.My only complaint,……

“Very comfortable”

“We really enjoy staying at Martin Manor. This was our third stay and we found it once again comfortable and accommodating. It is convenient to get to and yet out of the way enough to feel like a real escape.”
