“We did not have a very good experience at this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, we immediately noticed a strong musty, mildew-like odor. Unfortunately, when we entered our room, the smell was even worse. We also found that sections of the carpet along the edges had been chewed up, and parts of the bathroom counter were damaged as well. “We reserved a room for five adults at the Hampton Inn through Expedia. When we got there the room, they gave us an absolutely no possible way to sleep more than four adults. The Hampton Inn refused to give us a refund, even though either Expedia or the Hampton Inn had lied to us and advertise falsely. I would never stay here or deal with this company again and I won’t be using Expedia again in the future if they don’t compensate me for this.”

“The bathroom was gross. I looked like throw up on the wall that was not cleaned. Rusty towel rack and light fixture. The bathroom door did not close. And the floors were not cleaned close to the baseboard. No coffee pot in the room. I liked that it was quiet and great water pressure”
