“Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though.”

“It’s a lovely cottage which contains pretty much all you need. It’s very warm inside and there are lovely features. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, some biscuits and milk which was very thoughtful. Improvements would be that 3 people wanted a shower but the hot water ran out after 1.5 people. Also there were a few cobwebs around and it could do with a paint touch up here and there. Great value for money and we had a lovely stay.”

“Incredible Owners so polite and lovely and have thought of everything Amazing peaceful getaway like paradise ”

“Accomodation was super clean and well presented. The private courtyard was very sheltered and sitting in the hottub in the evening was very peaceful. Great communication as well from the host. Recommended!”

“Kelly was absolutely lovely. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was very attentive throughout my stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, cozy and well equipped, and the scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thank you so much — would love to come again!”

I was quite dated inside but clean and tidy enough, it had what you would need for your stay. The hob and oven were clean but the markings to know the heat and what part of the oven was the fan was trial and error ( some burnt garlic bread as the grill and……

“Excellent place to stay! We traveled from America and stayed for 11 nights. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Excellent!”

“We had an excellent stay , the cottage was well equipped and had a beautiful large secure garden for our two dogs. The views from the cottage we’re stunning. The hosts were excellent , they were friendly and helpful and answered questions very quickly. The cottage is a short drive from the local pub and the river which our dogs loved playing in. There’s also a fantastic little coffee shop with a small store. We found another pub that served excellent food called Ashill Inn. There are plenty of……
