Communication and transportation to and from this apartment are not great.
1. You will need to go to their office in Como, trek 1.5 miles to their office or take an Uber (our estimate was $62 USD) to do this- which is a major downside for this unit. The company needs someone at the property to meet you or a better way to validate passport credentials.

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

I especially enjoyed the view in the outdoor setting area while eating my breakfast and the communal fridge where you can store drinks and food. "This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber) so make sure if you are not renting a car have the Bellagio book a car and driver for you."
