“The cottage was spacious and great for four friends staying together for a week of walking in Co Cork. All the needs that are required ie. towels, sheets, kitchen utensils etc, were there. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishwasher tablets and a washing machine working perfectly. It's a 10 min drive from Castletownbere so no walking to the nearest pub/restaurant. A taxi ride to go into town. A beautiful location and a lovely spot to have time away from it all. I'd definitely go back ”

“Lake House is a beautiful property in an idyllic location. Close enough to the village for essentials but beautiful and quiet. The kids had a great time in the gardens as did our family dog. The house has everything you could require with so much space and both indoor and outdoor dining options. We loved sitting out of an evening enjoying the ever changing view and sunset.”

“⸻We absolutely loved our stay in the stunning Castlecove area, just a short walk from the beautiful White Strand Beach. The views from John’s house are simply breathtaking, and both John and Louise were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.We especially enjoyed the seaweed baths in Sneem—perfect for a rainy day! And don’t miss the Mexican food truck across from The Black Shop pub—it’s definitely worth a visit.”

“We had three generations from the age of eighteen months to 63 staying at Castle View House. Eileen was a tremendous host. She made sure that everyone was accommodated, right down to a highchair and changing table for the baby. The house is beautiful, and it is located only a short walk to town, where there are pubs, restaurants and shopping.Highly recommended for a family stay in Ireland.”

“Despite poor weather with lots of rain, my sister and I (with our 2 dogs) had a most delightful relaxing stay in Rossbeigh cottages.The house was comfortable ,spotlessly clean and well equipped . “The star of the lovely cottage is the scenery. After a drive down a long winding lane we were transported two hundred years into the past. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, sheep in small pastures with a river and waterfalls through it all. The cottage is simple and lovely.
