"This property is a scam. I turned up at the property and the security person said that the flat number did not exist. The vendor also charged me £650 deposit and tried to deduct it daily for next next 4 days. I got my credit card company to refund it and put a merchant block on this. Expedia support was very slow, robotic support agents with prepared scripts on repeat. Only decent thing was they gave me some cash key as compensation. Overall, a terrible and stressful experience"

"Room was clean, staff were helpful and very friendly. Family orientated hotel. Only issue about the hotel was the size of the pool compared to the outdoor seating areas. The pool i found was quite small compared to the seating. Good entertainment on a night however quite noisy till late if you want to get an early night sleep."

"The 427 sq ft room was a nice size with plenty of space to move around and very clean. The property was truly a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the boardwalk action, which includes lots of restaurant choices and other things to do. Parking at the hotel is Very limited we had to park on the street. This was disappointing because onsite parking was one of the reasons we booked this hotel."

"Positives - Nice and clean, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Staff friendly. Breakfast nice and varied. Nice bar area and lounge area to relax before heading home with luggage storage and somewhere to have a shower. Get a sea view it’s worth it. Negatives - air conditioning not sufficient and noisy. Safe lock broke so not used. Busy at breakfast and it was like a free for all. If you like sun round the pool all day long it’s not for you, only a hand full of beds get the sun from 1030 have to wait until around 1300 to 1330 for the other beds to get the sun due to height of building/position of the sun."

"This is a wonderful hotel. The position outside of town more relaxed and handy for the best beaches. Pool is lovely, entertainment in the area is good and has a cut of of midnight. Hotel itself is spotless and the staff are truly wonderful, each and every one of them. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy my stay. The only criticism I have of best negressco is that the walls are so thin it can feel like the occupants Nextdoor are in the room with you. That aside I would recommend and will certainly stay here again."

"Great hotel. A few issues in the room allocated but these were rectified speedily. Breakfast was lovely, swimming pool was fantastic with plenty of loungers available. A little disappointed we had to pay for locker in the room but a small inconvenience. We booked the hotel cycles one morning and hire was cheap, only 4 euros for 2 hours. Management were good especially after not charging for additional occupancy as we had an extra guest join us midway through the week in our bedroom (note only charging for the additional breakfast). Overall great experience, a fantastic hotel where we could easily return in the future."
