It was a family visit. Not welcoming customer service. Old fashioned room and room security. Washroom wasn't clean enough. Beside cheap room rent, its not recommended.

Needs Improvement

This motel hasn't been upgraded since the 1950s. The original doors are warped and don't close properly. The hot water sometimes didn't get hot. The bed sagged due to its age. The Roku television/entertainment with movie channels was the best thing about the motel. However, we didn't fly all the way to Canada to watch TV.

Not great

First off the staff was friendly, but the price of the room was absurd ($260) a night, (assuming because the Stampede was in town) I would classify this room as a $60-$70 a night kinda place. Now for the room, it was run down to say the least, the carpet was grungy but vacuumed, bathroom mostly clean, the bathroom sink leaked out the back and onto the floor, walls were dirty, the only thing that was decent was the beds, they were clean and comfortable. over all I would not recommend this place.

Amazing stay in this hotel..staff was very nice and accommodating..The property was old but it was a good place to stay and price was cheap..If you are not very picky with the place to stay your nights? this place is wonderful..accessible for everything!
