The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and ...

The Blower is working trrough the night. It's the worst experience during the trip. And reception said they can not stop this due to water flood. they shouldn't arrange customers in those blowing water floor!
