For example, the hotel room booked through hotel.com are normally (i) in lower floor level; (ii) the room normally facing street / car park, which is more noisy; (iii) locality of room is remote from the lift, which we have to walk a long distance to the room. This is the first time that gave us such impression……

“Great location! Walking distance for morning coffee and brekky. 10 minutes to the sea cliff bridge and other attractions. Great communication from the host. Bed was very comfortable with hotel style white sheets, pillows and blankets. The place was very clean with beautiful decor. The kitchen is stocked with actual plates, cups, cooking items, plates etc for cooking. The yard was perfect for our mini labradoodle. The backyard was full of weeds, furnitures was so old and nearly to collapse..😟shower room water so weak, no internet access as advertised on line. Dish drain was rusted, carpet so dirty, one of room no table no wardrobe..not enjoyable our staying…not worth of money. Iron board no cover…”
