“We love staying at Harmony Ridge Lodge when we visit the Nevada City area. It is in a lovely forested area that also has shady fruit trees to enjoy while relaxing outside. The gardens are well maintained and lovely. The complementary breakfast offers all one could possibly want in a cozy dining room and fireplace seating area. The rooms are always clean, bright, roomy and easy to control the temperature in winter or in summer.”

“We stayed one night and booked one of the chalets. The chalet had a rustic, cutesy charm that fit the area's atmosphere, but the room itself did not quite match the photos shown online. The pictures made the accommodations look much cleaner, brighter, and more updated than what we experienced. The furniture, fixtures, and decor could definitely use some updating. Unfortunately, the room also had a noticeable, moldy, and stale smell when we arrived. We wanted to leave the sliding door open to……
