“ The hotel was very clean and neat. Rather Spartan, however, with no coffee pot in the room and no accessible electrical outlets to plug anything in. Wasn't fond of having to lug all our stuff up to the second floor because there was no elevator, however the staff was more than willing to help us with carrying our stuff up there.”

Spilled milk in refrigerator and pancake batter all over interior trash lid. The loft bedding was not clean and neither was the couch bedding. Cleaning service needs to do better. Host kindly refunded half of cleaning fee. I would have expected all of cleaning fee refunded just because I’m not sure what was done. We put down our own blankets and laid……
