"On her first day, we didn’t get in until three in the morning. I had called ahead of time and told them our flight was going to be late and we would be checking in the lake so we checked in at three in the morning but right above us, they were doing remodeling woke us up at 6 AM with drilling scraping knocking we got done thinking there was somebody at the door, we didn’t get any sleep to be able to do our excursions that we were gonna do so that wasted money for me. I was very upset. The hotel didn’t do anything for us. The next day we asked for another room they said they didn’t have any so we asked them to at least give us two rooms because I paid for a room that had three beds in it. They wouldn’t do that so all of a sudden they had a room that was just like the one I have but on a lower floor, which was very nice but they should’ve done that the first night, especially since they knew we couldn’t get any sleep and I missed out on the whole day of doing anything"
