Welcome to Your Turner Retreat! This cosy home has an airy, open living space with modern finishes, great for families, friends, or business travelers. It includes a full kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfy lounge. Each bedroom has soft bedding for a good night’s sleep. Comfort and style combined!

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your YouTube accounts. Netflix is available for you to enjoy throughout your stay. Note that we don't provide YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The garage accommodates up to 3 cars, offering ample parking for your convenience.

NOTE:
The fireplace is not in use and must not be operated. We appreciate your understanding as this helps maintain a safe environment for all guests.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.

There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Public Transport:
There are several public transport options nearby, including bus stops within walking distance, making it easy to travel to Canberra's city center and other attractions.

If you prefer to drive, you'll find that major roads and highways are easily accessible from the property. Free on-street parking is available, ensuring you have a hassle-free experience when exploring the area.

Cycling and Walking:
Turner is a bike-friendly neighborhood, with cycling paths and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks that make it easy to explore local cafes, parks, and attractions. Enjoy a leisurely stroll or bike ride to nearby spots like the Australian National Botanic Gardens or Lake Burley Griffin.

Ride-Sharing:
For added convenience, ride-sharing services like Uber and Ola are readily available, providing you with quick and easy transportation options at any time.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
