Apartment 'Neo' close to the Beach with Balcony & Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Neo in Cala Ratjada is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment includes a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.

Private parking is available nearby (reservation required) and free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets are not allowed.

Perfekter Service

Fenster und Türen waren sehr gut gedämmt, den naheliegenden Kreisverkehr am Ortseingang hörte man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht. Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei Übergabe und Abnahme kam man uns bei An- und Abreise sehr entgegen, der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir würden das Appartment jederzeit wieder mieten!

A five minute walk (3 blocks) to the beach. Nice balcony. East facing. Airco supplied. We stayed 6 days. Would do again.
