The living room is furnished with a classic two-seater leather sofa, a single leather armchair, and a sleek coffee table, as well as a TV cabinet that houses a flat-screen television. Guests will enjoy internet access throughout the property. The apartment boasts a prime position in the heart of the Canal Walk precinct, with glass sliding doors opening to the balcony, with an outdoor dining set fit for two, overlooking the Grand Canal.
The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed with nightstands on either side, an en-suite bathroom, and a large window showcasing spectacular views of your surroundings and towering palm trees. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a washbasin with vanity, a shower, and a toilet. The second bedroom features two single beds, a shared nightstand, and access to a private balcony. The shared bathroom features a washbasin with vanity, a bathtub, a toilet, and a tumble dryer. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.
Outside, guests will have access to secure parking, the hotel’s heated adult lapping pool, outdoor swimming pool, private gym, and lush gardens, and be conveniently close to the renowned Canal Walk shopping centre.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 215 Lasavina , Island Club , Century City.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
