“Zentrale Lage, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, sauber, war schön! Das einzigste was nicht immer geklappt hat war einen Parkplatz in der nähe zu finden.”

“Die Villa liegt herrlich oberhalb von Capo D´ Orlando. Der Tennisplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Pool ist sehr Groß 6mX12m. Außenrum gibt es viel Grün. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist überdacht und ebenfalls groß. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Geschirrspüler. Wenn es Fragen gab, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.”

“Die Lage ist top! Auch die wundervollen alten Details, Möbel, Einrichtung waren traumhaft und für einen Urlaub etwas besonderes und unvergessliches. Der muffige Geruch nach Alt war jedoch allgegenwärtig und die Betten extrem hart. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war leider nicht drin.”

“This property has such a wonderful local feel. It’s not too touristy, the restaurants along the beach were excellent we visited some local nearby towns and just enjoy doing local things. The house itself is exactly as in the listing. However, the view is absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts while we were there.”

“Einfache aber völlig ausreichende Unterkunft.. der Ort is schön weit ab vom Tourismus.. weit und breit nur sehr freundliche Sizilianer ”

“Die Unterkunft war Klasse, super für einen Strandurlaub gelegen, aber auch für Unterkünfte ins "Hinterland". Der Vermieter war bei Problemen kontaktierbar, allerdings war mehr als ein: "ich melde mich die Tage" "ich kümmer' mich drum" nicht zu bekommen. Darauf ließ er es dann beruhen. Schade, darüberhinaus haben wir nur sehr freundliche, offene Sizilianer getroffen.”

“Appartement vieillissant, un peu de rénovation serait à prevoir Cuisine : Équipement minimaliste : plaque de cuisson et réfrigérateur...peu de vaisselle, poêle et casserole inutilisables car trop abîmées, on nous les a changés à notre demande Dessus de lit taché...remplacé mais également taché . Pas très bien entretenu ”

“We rented this property so we can meet with friends and family from different locations in US and Europe! The terrace overlooking the sea was roomy and great for gathering with our friends and family who stayed at other nearby locations! The sun was hot in the afternoon but the shade of the terrace at that time of day allowed us to be able to spend time outside overlooking the water. The house is steps away from the beach! The village is not touristy which we loved as we had a genuine Italian……

“Es ist ein traumhafter Ort, mit tollem Ausblick und super Infrastruktur. Es sind eindrückliche Fahrten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in der Region und dem Nebrodi möglich, wo auch Wanderungen möglich sind. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeber!”

“The residence itself was fantastic. We could not fault the apartment or the swimming pool area which was great - the pool was a good size and everything was very clean. Two negatives - firstly if you could move it about 2km towards the town of Sant’Agata di Militello then you could easily reach the bars and restaurants. Whilst the distance isn’t huge, there isn’t a path on the road to walk to the town. Secondly - they make you wear a silly swimming hat! I can’t believe they have put in a new……

“The home and grounds are beautiful and filled with fun. Anna met us at the property, was so helpful with our stay at the home as well as providing us with places to visit during day trips. The view is incredible and can be seen from the top deck, as well as the entire back of the property. The pool w/ pool house was so much fun, also gorgeous, plenty of places to sit , lounge and a full size fridge for easy access to beverages. On the side of the pool area there is a lovely covered trellis area……

“ Comfortable house well positioned in a quiet area of ​​Gioiosa Marea. Restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets are close to the house, the view of the sunset from the balcony of the house is spectacular and the village is very pretty. In the local restaurants you can taste excellent Sicilian wines and dishes ... The owner is very kind and helpful.”

“Una deliziosa bomboniera vista mare. La casa presenta tutti i comfort, il terrazzo spettacolare ma sicuramente ha bisogno di qualche miglioria. Una svecchiata generale non guasterebbe: la lavatrice rotta non è stata riparata, il phone si surriscaldava, fare la doccia voleva dire "allargare" il bagno. Piccole accortezze che renderebbero l'esperienza unica.”

“Ottima l'accoglienza della proprietaria , disponibile a chiarimenti e assistenza.un benvenuto con un generoso cesto di frutta e casa pulitissima con tutto ciò che serve per cucinare ed essere conviviali. La casa è fresca con un giardino piccolo ma sufficiente a pranzare in 12 persone comodamente sul patio. Vicino tutti i servizi (tabaccaio,bar pizzeria e più in là anche un supermercato).ben collegato e con guardiania all'ingresso... Insomma un ottima esperienza in una casa che consiglio……
