Car Rental Lloyd

When you've checked out all of the terrific sights in Lloyd, there's loads more to explore in the surrounding region. Collect the keys to a rental car, toss your bags in the trunk and hit the open road. We've pulled together some drives we think you'll enjoy:

• Head off to Canberra for a fun-filled sightseeing adventure. About 100 miles from Lloyd, it has numerous amazing attractions, including Parliament House.
• Your next pit stop? It has to be Munyang, which is around 100 miles away. Mount Kosciuszko is one local draw card you shouldn't miss.
• Get into the great outdoors and take in the serenity at Blue Mountains National Park. You'll find it around 190 miles from Lloyd.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Australia, then you may need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. It's also important to note that if an IDP is required, it won't be valid on its own. You'll need to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card you used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your license and passport. Some added requirements for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be at least 25 in most places to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of vehicles you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Make sure you read the fine print before you drive away. With rental cars, you usually can't cross country borders, drive on ferries or go off-roading with a rental car.
