Car Rental Playa Norte

Playa Norte has plenty to keep you busy, but don't limit yourself to just the one place. Book a set of wheels and head off to see what else awaits in the wider region. Here are a few places to choose from:

• Head off to Campeche for a fun-filled sightseeing adventure. Roughly 120 miles from Playa Norte, it's home to lots of great sights such as Bonita Beach.
• Around 85 miles away, Villahermosa is also a favorite with wanderers. Set aside time to take in Tabasco Park while you're here. It's one of the reasons people love visiting this colorful city.
• Visit Canon del Sumidero National Park to discover some local nature. Pack a picnic to enjoy or just chill out in the fresh air. From Playa Norte, it's 150 miles away.

If you don't possess a driver's license issued in Mexico, then you'll likely need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country in order to rent a car. It's also important to note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll be asked to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your license and passport. Some other requirements to rent a car internationally are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be 25 or over in most places to rent a car. If you're younger, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to what kinds of cars you can rent.
