Car Rental Trakata

After you've ticked off the interesting places in Trakata, there's more to see in the surrounding area. Pick up the keys to a rental car, stow your luggage in the trunk and hit the road. We've come up with some drives we think you'll enjoy:

• You'll discover Monument to 1300 Years of Bulgaria and loads more intriguing sights in Shumen. From Trakata, it's about 55 miles away.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Bulgaria, then it's likely you'll need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence in order to rent a car. It's also important to note that if you do need an IDP, it won't be valid on its own. You'll be asked to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card used to book the rental matches the name on your license and passport. Some added requirements for international car rentals are:
