“Communication was terrible and depended on us having a local phone to contact the property manager. The name of the listing isnt the name of the apartment complex and gps doesnt bring you to the apartment. Once we finally arrived, we had no access to wifi and had to request that the apartment building security guard contact the owner for the wifi password to be able to communicate with the owner on whatsapp. Once arriving in the apartment, it was still.dirty from.previous occupant. Bathroom……

“Vi hade Margarita House som bas under 2 veckor i Kenya när vi gjorde safaris och utflykter till bl.a. Masai Mara, Crescent Island, Karura forest och Sheldrick Trust.
På det sättet slapp vi släpa på alla resväskor och kunde resa lätt på utflykter och safaris och det var det värt alla gånger.
Personalen är helt fantastisk, så hjälpsamma och vänliga.
Mysigt poolområde och en välskött trädgård.
Bra frukost och bra mat i restaurangen.
Stort och rymligt rum som har varit rent och fräscht under……

The staff was extremely accommodating with our late arrival & early departure before our bushplane flight, holding our bags, and helping us arrange a driver for a day trip out of Nairobi.
