“This is my second stay at The Bay, the first being a house accommodation so I was apprehensive about an apartment set up, it was revealed to be very spacious and lovely everything being on one level with my 5 year old grandson in tow. The apartment is furnished and fitted with high standard quality items and the owners should be very proud with the newly refurbished Paws And Relax, it’s beautiful ! It’s short of nothing, and even kitchen appliances were easy to navigate with lots of……

“Only point I would make was the WiFi was poor so the TV kept freezing. Everything else about the apartment was fine.”

“Lovely apartment, with everything you need and more. I'd booked a different apartment but there was a maintenance issue, so was offered Seascape as an alternative along with an additional night at no extra cost to me. Had the most lovely holiday, just me and my son. Thank you”

“Really impressed with Bailey’s Beach house. On arrival everything was pristine including all the kitchen appliances, soft furnishings and cleanliness. It is a credit to the owners and cleaning staff. The position on The Bay is good, near to facilities and no problem parking at the rear of the property. Can’t wait to return in the near future.”

“We only stayed for a night in the Adelphi Cottage but we found it very comfortable, clean and stylish. It had everything we needed. Would recommend.”

“Lovely place to stay very clean good accommodation very quiet everything you need and parking just off from our stay all well lit and clean a shop on site which is well stocked and some lovely areas to walk around only thing I think lets it down is the on sight bar very expensive and food not very good given it’s central position it should pull in people we have booked for September too so looking forward to coming back to Filey lovely place”

“The Property was spotless and really well fitted out and very near to the Sea front. Parking was a bit of an issue making it difficult to unload our car we also found local long stay car parks were a bit of a mess with most of the machines broken or needing an app to use them.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Puffin Pad. Clean, well equipped, very friendly owners, we felt we coukd contact them if necessary. Our only grumble was 2 family members rented houses on The Bay that were only very slightly more expensive than the flat but that wouldn't put us off renting it again. Many thanks for a great stay.”

“Fabulous little house, bright welcoming and cosy. Appreciated the thoughtful touches such as breakfast items, wine (!) and the Christmas tree. Very easy access into town and for buses and trains. ”

“Gingerbread cottage was a lovely cottage it had everything you needed. However the bay was rather lacking in things for the children to do. For the size of the place the play park was disappointing. The children loved the swimming pool but apart from that there was nothing for them to do. I found it very tired and in need of some upgrading. It felt more like a retirement village than a holiday park.”

“The apartment was very clean and everything we needed inside, it is all on one floor with rubber mats and a stick on hand rail in the shower. Lots of hot water, nice fluffy towels but I wasn't impressed with the black sheets but the bed was really comfortable. It is opposite the pub but we didn't hear any noise even when the football was on. Only a short ride to the other resorts. I wasn't impressed with the pool. The disabled facilities are very poor. There is a chair for lowering into the……

“The cottage was gorgeous, in a lovely quiet location and parking at the back. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. The bedding and towels were lovely and soft and smelt nice and the bed was very comfy. It was close to Hornsea and a large Tesco. I would……
