"The pool was closed, they did not have beach cruisers, the office was closed from 5 PM to 9 AM and you couldn’t get to the espresso machine so it felt like false advertising. They have stated they would issue a partial refund but I haven’t see it yet. However, the hotel and rooms and grounds were very nice. Customer service not so much."

"Super clean! Walking distance to everything. Only downside you can hear everything in the next room. With the kids running around next door."

"Staff very helpful. Older motel, but clean. Very popular so expect a crowd. Parking is at a premium because they have a very popular restaurant next door also!"

"Only stayed Saturday night. Friday night the hotel moved my stay to another hotel not on the beach at all due to AC issues. Refund for first night was requested per hotel staff... "

"Location was great and staff were kind and helpful, however the room itself was not maintained well and had mold and mildew. We almost had to cut our stay short if it weren’t for the can of Lysol we sprayed everywhere and after tying up the curtains. We couldn’t close them due to not being able to breathe when they were shut. I’m not sure if it’s the HVAC or just a general layout of the building is not equipped for the constant wet air. Maybe they can invest in a dehumidifier. Even the tv stand was rotting away. "

"I asked for several things that I never received. This is so small and didn't even have ice, and I was very unhappy there I left a day early because I needed to get out of there "
