“No complaints. Good hotel, good location.”

“Stay would have been okay if we didn’t have extra uninvited guest (Roaches). When my husband went down to the desk (bugs in hand) to make them aware the lady attending the front desk stated “let me guess, you want something for free” WHAT??? He made sure not to tell me this part until after we left. Mattress/Sheets were stained. She offered a $30 credit or to move us to another room which clearly if you have them in one room you more than likely have them in others. We toughed it out, talked to……

“Absolutely disappointing. Pool, tiki bar, lobby, food, breakfast not good at all!! Priced high for what we get. Terrible amenities. Pool was so small, drinks at the bar was made with cheap ingredients, loaded with sugar. Nothing good about this hotel. Chicken salad we ordered was beyond terrible. We had to drive all the way to Wilmington to get a decent place to eat. No beach towels, beach chairs, absolute misery we experienced. Never again!”

“Our suite was incredibly clean and the staff has been very helpful and friendly! They had many useful amenities and we had an amazing view of the beach! I would say it was well worth the trip and the money. 10/10 would go again!”

“Breakfast was great. I think the people with dogs should be separated from the people without dogs. I had to hear dogs barking during my stay. I know it’s a dog friendly place but everyone doesn’t like or have dogs”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“Blinds allow too much ambient light in at night, I could have read a book in the light from outside. Mattress way too soft. Shower shampoo was in a tiny little bottle and small face towel was very worn.”

“Clean and up to date room, nice to store valuables in the safe, most of the rooms are away from the elevators, friendly and helpful staff, nice to have parking per day for a reasonable fee, and water bottle refill station on first floor”

“The staff were helpful, the place was clean. I was sad the hot tub was out all week for maintenance, and the breakfast was mediocre. I wish there was some protein. The WiFi was ok. Overall, we had a great stay, though.”
