“Once the apartment was booked, communication with the host was almost immediate. Ms. Sue was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process, checked up on us, and ensured we had all we needed.
She was available at any time we needed her and was always pleasant; even after we departed, she contacted us to inquire about our safe arrival.
