“We really enjoyed our visit. We felt the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel property was very nice as well. The only problem we experienced was the serviceability of the elevators which often result in several minutes wait. ”

“I had amazing stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing even though you’re in a beautiful location in the city right next to chinatown and a walk away from the Brooklyn bridge! I definitely will be back. They even have free yoga in the sky!! Room service was super responsive even though I had them heat up my leftovers quite a few times🤗.”
