“The room was clean and decent. We had hot water in the bathroom since but none in the shower, called down to the front desk twice for them to fix it since we were out of the room but never came to fix it. Breakfast was ok”

“The Guest House in Carthage is your basic 1960’s Motel that has been renovated with updated interiors and a good kiss of maintenance on the outside. Everything was clean. Nothing was particularly special, but it was what I needed near the end of a long motorcycle journey. The gentleman who checked me in was professional, kind, and polite, even lending me his carport to protect my bike from the elements and provide a modicum of security.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend it……
