“This is a B&B and not a hotel. I was in the superior room with a king and a twin. At check out they charged me extra for the twin although in the original booking it clearly said King and Twin, so I dont know where the extra charge came from. Water was not hot and I had to take a cold shower. Shower gel given was half used from previous occupants may be. I asked if there is laundry onsite and they insisted they will do it for me without quoting me the price and at the end added it to the bill.……
