“Kitchen was full of gnats. Washer was broken and owner knew about it. When I called she said she hoped it would make it through our week long stay. However they did replace it while we were at the lake. Also grass was shin high in the front yard. There's an old wooden deck that's rotting in the yard and terrible for kids. Too many wasps and mosquitoes to sit outside comfortably.”

“Nice clean place. Lots of outdoor space to utilize. Shopping and dinning close by in Dennison. When we visit this area we go to our favorite restaurant the Jalapeno Tree. Private boat ramp and a Corp of engineers ramp available a few miles north. Many fishing guides available for striper fishing. Striper fishing is main reason I visit this area. Enjoyed our stay despite the rain.”

“We loved the small town of Denison and this was the perfect place to not only be able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants, but visit nearby areas in Texas and Oklahoma. The place was immaculate and very well maintained. Scott was an excellent host and responded to us with immediate action. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area of Texas.”
