“The facilities were beautiful. Great quality furnishings and generous and delicious breakfast. I felt like I was almost part of the family. Truly a homey atmosphere. I didn’t have a car so they were willing to take me to Bari three times during my week long stay. They helped me get the bus for a visit to Santo Spirito too. I had a very quiet room. "The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance."
