“Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf op deze prachtige locatie en gastvrijheid. Gina en Franco zijn tophosts. Omgeving is Toscane zoals je het je voorstelt. De tuin met zwembad is fantastisch en het huis is fijn. Huiskamer zou evt wat sfeervoller en praktischer kunnen worden ingericht.”

“La struttura si trova in un posto bellissimo, le case sono sistemate in modo che ogniuno abbia la propria privacy. La piscina è molto bella cos' come le aree verdi circostanti. L'arredo del bagno potrebbe essere migliorato e in alcune pareti l'intonaco sembra cedere.”

“The property is so lovely set high on a hilltop with amazing views. The apartment was perfectly set up for 3 friends. Plenty of space and privacy. Andrea, and her father, could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We didn’t arrive until 9:00pm and they were there to welcome us, give us a tour of the home and chapel. Andrea gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner. I wish we stayed longer and had a chance to horseback ride with Andrea’s husband. I would definitely go back.”

“Our large family of 12 spent 5 days at Podere Casetta and we absolutely loved it. There was plenty of living space to accommodate our party size and everyone slept comfortably. The property was postcard beautiful capturing all that you could expect from a Tuscan getaway. Everyone had a blast with on-site activities such as a pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, and volleyball. “5 Nächte im La Roggiola, Ruhe und Erholung pur. Sind von hieraus zu Wanderungen aufgebrochen als auch mit dem Auto die Toskana erkundet. Check-in trotz Sprachbarriere ohne Probleme, Google-Translate sei dank. Leider waren unsere Vormieter wohl nicht die genausten beim Spülen, die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs ließ zu wünschen übrig, sodass wir vorab alles neu gespült haben. Zudem sollte man Spülmittel und Toilettenpapier dabei haben, es war nur eine Rolle ToPa vorhanden und ein wenig Rest Spüli. Den……

“Die Ferienwohnungen, ca. 10, sind schon einige Jahre alt, befinden sich aber in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir konnnten vor unserer Wohnung frühstücken und auf den Garten mit Olivenbäumen und den Wald im Hintergrund blicken. Wir waren also mitten in der Natur.”

Cons: accommodations are rather rustic and not nearly as modern as depicted in photos. Wifi barely works downstairs. Dirt road to property is difficult to traverse especially if raining/muddy. It is imperative to have a car here. Overall stay was nice. Just expect that this property is very isolated and guests should be prepared to provide all needs for food, toiletries and……
