Independent villa, bright, spacious and recently renovated.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people, has recently been renovated and includes two large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom, a kitchen, a large living room (with the possibility of adding two beds) and an outdoor veranda with a garden that allows to have lunch / dinner outside in company.
The outdoor space allows you to conveniently park two cars inside the gate.
Thanks to its strategic position, the house is ideal for families and groups of friends because it is far from the chaos of summer evenings, but at the same time it is about 900 meters from the sea and the city center.

Hat alles ganz gut geklappt ,hätte aber ruhig etwas näher in der Stadt sein können da es an der Schnellstraße liegt schlecht mit Kindern zufuss zu erreichen daher eher an Auto gebunden
