“The property was clean and modern. The bar area lovely and the breakfast was included in the price which was very reasonable. We did have a problem with hot water and the electricity went out in our room. The staff was very responsive but could have comped us for our troubles. Cold showers, etc. All that said, it was very convenient and worth the stay.”

“Conveniently located hotel for airport travelers. Thirty minutes from Aberdeen centre by bus. Clean and spacious room. Standard Premier Inn breakfast. Friendly staff. Walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants. I highly recommend the Dyce Carvery.”

“I stayed here the night before my wedding at Drum Castle and was able to utilize the late checkout so I could get ready there with my hair and makeup artists. My bridesmaids, mother, and I had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delivered to my room and was delicious, and the property was clean and very relaxing. Lots of cute bunnies outside! We enjoyed our experience here very much and would stay again!”

“No parking spaces available (again), had to drive to the airport car park (17min walk back). Breakfast was ok, potato scone was burnt solid. Huge dirt stain on the bedroom carpet.”

“On the plus side: lady orchestrating breakfast was top notch. Downstairs had been redone nicely, parking good and a nice garden area with good games. We had rooms on the top floor which had definitely seen better days. Sash windows didnt open properly or slid down and even in 25 deg heat rooms were unbearable even at midnight. Not an expensive place but you should be able to sleep.”

“I spent five days at the lodge. The staff is excellent. Most have been working at the lodge for 20+ years. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom was small but functional. I appreciated being able to open the windows at night for fresh air. The pub is first rate. I strongly suggest having breakfast there. They have a selection of yogurts and cereal but the star of the show are the freshly made hot meals. I had eggs with toast and bacon each morning. Each plate is……

“Bathroom in state od dis repair fire alarm hanging off wall cobwebs on stairs leading to room staff using foyer as office bar overpriced breakfast was cooked well but no toast coffee out of machine. I believe it under new management a lot to sort out woul not go back”
