“Excellent stay. Checkin staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but functional for a 3 day stay. My only criticism is the shower overflowed onto the floor each time we used it. But that is more of a design issue than anything. It didnt impact us at all. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of options. Great location. Will stay again.”

Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. “It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city. We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. “Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm). Then, we found out the a/c system wasn’t working, we told the manager again and then he came with his boss, I think, their……
