“The house was so cute and in the perfect location—so close to Main Street for wine tasting! Eric was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!”

“This house was perfect for our family of 4 with elementary aged kids. Everything was super clear, easy, just as pictured and advertised. The house was very well stocked for cooking, bedding for cold and hot temperatures, plenty of bath towels for the whole family, etc. There was a closet of family board games and a fire pit in the backyard. The location is amazing for a walkable stay in Murphys, and you can see the kids playing in the park while sitting on the deck. The town library is next……

“Our extended family with two littles had a great time at this spacious, comfortable and clean home. Great location and the backyard was fantastic - we especially loved sitting in the tranquil waterfountain area. Would stay there again for sure!”

“Perfect place for a getaway. ”

“This home is quaint and charming. It’s just a little walk into town and 1 minute walk to the coffee shop! 3 bedrooms spread out with a good amount of room. Nice bedding and furnishings, upgraded main bathroom is really nice. Our favorite part was the backyard with deck and table surrounded by lovely tall trees with the sounds of nature!”

“Such a cute home! It was perfect for us … just wish I had more time to relax and enjoy all the activities!!”

“Outstanding property in the wonderful Gold Country town of Murphys. House was clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Huge backyard that allowed our pooch to roam and investigate.Location was perfect. Walkable to the middle of town (less than a mile) and a couple restaurants and nice local market less than 1/2 mile. Yet far enough out to provide a quiet, restful experience. We loved it.”

“The outside patio and relaxing down by the creek was enjoyable. Park in front of the cottage, plenty of parking. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was so so comfortable.”

“The house was very comfortable, in a beautiful setting, within close walking distance of Murphys.”

“We had such a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and thoroughly equipped. One of the important features for us was the huge fenced yard, where our dog had plenty of space to play and explore. The hosts also supplied water and food bowls plus an outdoor water bowl for our dog.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend for families and anyone traveling with pets!”

“This cabin was well stocked and also the location was great! The back deck had a nice view and the area was quiet and nestled in the trees. We visited in the summer during a warm spell but the cabin was set up well with fans and AC. We had plenty of towels and linens. Nice Cabin!”

“This was a lovely house near the downtown. It was walkable but we drove due to the health of a few members of our Party. Also very close to the grocery store. Rooms were very comfortable and the studio built in the ADU was very lovely. We had the best time just hanging out in the backyard on the very comfortable deck and sitting around the fire pit. We were a party of 7 and it worked very well. I would stay there again. Communication with owner was quick and clear.”
