“The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. The cabin is on the lake, the hot tub is awesome! “Gary’s place was just what the doctor ordered. Cozy and clean, well-stocked, and secure. Gary’s communication was fantastic - he gave a heads-up on the sneaky railroad underpass to get to the house (which was totally fine for my sedan), and checked in at the beginning and ending of my stay. “Christine is an amazing host. A party of 17 of us visited the house in May 2024, and it was perfect for us. House was very clean, spacious, with lots of extra towels and bedding, A/C, fans, nicely equipped kitchen, gorgeous backyard with lots of space for kids to play, scenic beach access, etc. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend the place and can't wait to visit again.”

“My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. “These cabins are perfect for a long weekend stay. They are very clean and comfortable! Everything you would need is there. The owner lives across the street and came over to great us while he was mowing the lawn. He gave us a tour of the property! You will have access to the lake and a large pavilion if you can walk down the many stairs to the lake. The fire pit is huge with lots of chairs. There was lots of wood, paper and matches to get it going.”

“Three couples scheduled a weekend to catch up, and enjoy the wine and chocolate event on the Seneca Lake wine trail. Two of us had stayed here before, and we were pleased, but not surprised, to have the same wonderful experience as last time.
