“Lovely small cottage and very clean”

“Our second stay at this well appointed, perfectly located spot in Meredith. We cannot wait to come back. Host is responsive to messages and in our opinion very accommodating. Thank you for sharing this gem of a property with us!”

“Fantastic cabin with plenty of room for two families, with multiple hang out rooms, kids had a movie downstairs, adults upstairs, great open concept, plenty of bathrooms and beds, easy serving kitchen, close to Waterville with access to the community center, pools and arcade were a big hit! Host is extremely responsive, which is extremely helpful!”

“Quiet and cozy. Right off the Kamcam”

“The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.”

“What a beautiful sanctuary in the mountains for our family. We enjoyed the safety, quiet, and peaceful modern home near great hiking, amenities of a community club , and Waterville valley.”

“We had an amazing stay in Meredith, NH and lake region while attending a family reunion. The house (1st and 2nd/3rd apartments) was immaculate. Town center had a nice selection of restaurants (Enso, Vida's, Surfside, George's Diner, Hart's) to choose from and the property was situated within walking distance to a few as well. Moulton Farm was a hit with abundant produce, farm bakery, and Sal's Fresh Seafood. Our Sylvan pontoon rental from Goodhue Boat Company was seamless with a friendly staff……

“Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend.”
