“The property was adorable, the photos do not capture the quaintness and cleanliness of the home. The host was very prompt and patient with his replies to my frequent questions. He even came over to check on a simple security concern on the 1st day. (It was a super easy fix) The neighborhood is quiet- probably wouldn't walk around after dark, but felt safe overall. Very close to downtown Phoenix, a few short minutes away from the Skye Harbor Airport. I highly recommend this property.”

“The conceirge service was GREAT. We checked in early and they accommodated us. I later figured out the room I booked was too small for our family. They quickly changed us and brought us the keys to the new room. Exemplary! The pool deck and free drinks were nice as was the shower. Excellent! However, the restaurant was radically overpriced, not very good and our server did everything he could to ignore us. So I’d say go with the hotel but skip the restaurant. ”

“Beautiful 1929 vintage architecture meets when you're driving up. Our two queen beds were top of the line, and the room was spacious, with no problems at all in the room from the coffee machine to the showerhead and toilets. The pool and restaurant staff were plentiful, well versed in their trade. The was a twist on the top-of-the-line steak house. The meats had some to a lot of smoke prepration and served in a South American fashion.”

“It was so bad that the hotel is so near by the highway. Every night, the noise is so high and you cannot make a sleep. The surroundings are not convenient. You cannot find any restaurants that are clear and have a good score on yelp. The doors and windows of most restaurants are equiped with iron fence. So, is it safe to have lunch here. The room is not cleaned everyday. There are ants in room. It is terrible. Sometimes, the breakfast do not provide beef Patty. Btw, the client manager's service……

“It was a decent place to stay. The toilet paper holder, shower head, shower curtain rod were all hanging off. Seems like a little TLC would go a long way. Also, the AC never got cold which in AZ kinda stinks. But again, it was decent.”
