FOUNDRE Phoenix
Staff was unprofessional. We had to wait 45 minutes to check in and the only response was " Well you have a room with a balcony so it rakes longer to clean. Nothing else was done until we complained again to another manager. We also asked for our room to be cleaned and 3 hours later it still wasnt ...

Check in was not friendly, room was not complete clean, smaller then it showed online,area where this property was not tge best, you have cleaned it aftet you leave, if anything goes wrong there no one to get help.
