“This was a really nice home located around a lot of options for food, shopping and entertainment. It was well decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Even had a nice sitting area outside to enjoy the evenings or mornings. Thank you again for letting us use your home for our vacation and to help us build more memories.”

“Cute tiny home, but the gate code didn't work, so we had to park on the street and could not charge our EV. Loved the washer and dryer on site, but there were ants in the loft around and under the wifi router. ”

“I give it 4.5 stars. Only downsides were that it's on a very busy street. This is manageable once you locate the property and time the light properly. I was never bothered by street noise. The bathroom is very clean but old so there's no vanity space and the shower can be slightly tricky to navigate. Water pressure is amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and has been updated. Living and dining areas were quite spacious for a small house. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were handy……

“My husband and I work and travel the country full time and we've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals. This was easily one of our favorite places we've stayed, and Austin was BY FAR the best host we've ever had. We stayed here for a month, and although when we booked we were a little nervous that the cottage would be cramped, as soon as we arrived we realized that was not the case in the slightest. Everything inside is so well organized and laid-out, and we were perfectly cozy and comfortable……
