“Very convenient to the main street, restaurants, and cafes. Well priced and the room was just like a renovated motel room. Whole pub was clean and nicely appointed. The lounge chairs in the common area outside the rooms was very handy as we had friends staying in other rooms so it was a good place to meet up. There’s nothing I could improve on. We’ve booked for another stay in September ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful property! Everything was easy with checking in and the place was even better than we expected. Beds were comfy and the rooms were all clean and welcoming. The heated pool was great for the weather and all the activities on site were so much fun. The highlight is of course the cows! Highly recommend booking a stay here!”

“It was freezing outside but the cottage was cosy and comfortable. We were able to walk out and admire the views, listen to the frogs and birdsong and think about how hard life must have been there when the place was first settled. For our granddaughter - a city based 18 year old - it was mind boggling. Once convinced she did have phone reception and that snakes were not going to leap out and attack her she thoroughly enjoyed herself.”

“Peaceful, quiet and private spot - great for a total switch off away from the world. Tennis court provided hours of fun and we really appreciated the 'surprise' of breakfast supplies and cheese and crackers in the fridge.”
